Browsing this site to look up destinations, build an itinerary, or view routes doesn't require you to give us any personal information — that all works anonymously in your own browser.
We only collect personal information if you choose to submit your itinerary for review by a travel agent, or otherwise contact us directly. When you do, we collect:
Solely to review your itinerary and respond to your enquiry — for example, to help plan your trip or put you in touch with a travel agent. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't sell or share it with third parties beyond what's needed to respond to your specific request.
We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and assist with your trip. You can ask us to delete it at any time using the contact details above, and we will do so unless we have a legitimate reason (such as an ongoing enquiry) to keep it a little longer.
This site's data is stored and processed using third-party cloud infrastructure providers (currently Render and Neon), which may store and process data outside South Africa, including in the United Kingdom. These providers are used solely to host the underlying database and application — not to independently use or share your information.
